Delete QR code from Event tickets – Event Tickets Plus
Overview: Event offers 3 ticket prices, Adult, Senior, and Kids. Goal: make sure the QR code for Kids does not appear on tickets.

You need to put the first code into your child theme’s functions.php file or use a plugin like Code Snippets.
Next, you should replace ticket IDs with the actual ticket ID ( in your case, Kid’s ticket) on your site, see: https://share.zight.com/xQuorOjy
The ticket ID can be found under the Attendees Report Page:
WordPress admin > Events > Events > hover over event and click on Attendees > Ticket Overview column > ticket IDs
Example:
- Standard Tickets:
- Adult (16-61) #44444
- Junior & Senior (10-15 and 62+) #55555
- Kids (9 and under) Free #66666
Ticket ID #66666 will be added to file child theme’s functions.php file.
For adding the second part, copy the file qr-image.php from /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/emails/template-parts/body/ticket and put it in the following path :
[your-theme]/tribe/tickets-plus/emails/template-parts/body/ticket/
Edit the file and replace existing code with the one provided in the link above.
