[FIX] NextGEN Gallery and Images Missing after Move to New Host

Problem: All NextGEN Gallery images missing after moving to new server!

I thought I did everything right: Set up WordPress test site; Installed and activated NextGEN Gallery plugin; FTP uploaded NEXTGen Gallery folder with all thumbnails and images. But no images and no image galleries in Admin. Empty. Zero images; Zero albums.

Solution: How to Export and Import NextGEN Gallery in WordPress (thanks FlipperCode.com)

  1. phpMyAdmin (in old database)
  2. Export NextGEN’s 3 tables (wp_ngg_album, wp_ngg_gallery, wp_ngg_pictures)
  3. Import into new database
